This immersive show lets you hear Van Gogh’s admiration for Rembrandt through his own words, which he wrote down in letters to his brother Theo. At the same time, you’ll be surrounded by the artwork of these two great Dutch masters, as it comes to live on the walls and ceiling of the Noorderkerk.
This unique experience in Amsterdam, takes you on a visual journey. During the show you can choose to relax on a beanbag, sit in a church pew or wander around the church. Both artists visited the Noorderkerk when they lived in Amsterdam, Rembrandt only a few years after it had opened and Van Gogh more than 200 years later.
